The decorations at the Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort evoked a sense of history and romance, reminiscent of 15th-century Portugal. The medieval paintings and stained glass throughout the resort created a unique and charming atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious and well-maintained general areas, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.
I would have appreciated a few more amenities specifically catered to senior guests, such as grab bars in the bathrooms or handrails in certain areas. However, the children working there were always helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met to the best of their abilities.

The staff were excellent, the hotel itself could do with a bit of work, bit tired in places, but on whole a very enjoyable few days spent there.

Quaint & well managed hotel with excellent pool yet virtually on the beach. Back-up automatic electric generator was a Godsend as mains electricity supply to the area was very erratic. Very good value.
Concierge service was poor and some guests were very noisy late at night with no apparant attempts by staff to stop them. Mainly drunk Russians playing loud music and partying in the courtyard in the early hours of the morning. Slightly misleading in description of Garden Room.

The hotel's decor and ambiance truly captured the essence of old-world charm, with its beautiful medieval paintings and stained glass windows. It felt like stepping back in time to a bygone era of elegance and romance. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide doorways, elevators, and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate throughout the property.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. While most of the staff were friendly, there were a few instances where I could have used some assistance or guidance, especially when it came to navigating the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree in Candolim for a short trip and it was delightful. The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms, though small, were clean and had a lovely smell. The AC worked well and the pool was nice. The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the masala tea and made-to-order omelettes. I was also impressed by their commitment to employing people with disabilities. a charming hotel with exceptional service.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The heritage rooms in the century-old Portuguese mansion at Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort are absolutely stunning. I felt transported back in time, with the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern amenities. The view of the manicured gardens from these rooms is truly breathtaking.
Personally, I found the view of the manicured gardens a bit too distracting.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and was impressed with the transportation service that provided premium sedan cars, ensuring that I arrived in style. The resort is ideal for both leisure and business travelers, accompanied by an energetic and cheery team, providing a refreshing offsite experience.
One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and administrative needs.

Good location, great amenities, and exceptional service made for a luxurious stay at this beach resort. Enjoyed relaxing at the steam room, sauna, and indoor swimming pool in the spa centre. Delicious food and refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and bar added to the exclusive experience. the private facilities in the spacious, comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. Although the swimming pool initially appeared cloudy, the hotel staff promptly remedied the issue. the well-maintained sun terrace, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas provided a perfect place to unwind. Wonderful Customer Service
During my recent stay at Lemon Tree, I was amazed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.
Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as limited food selection and intermittent internet connection, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Spent Christmas in a lovely hotel with great staff, delicious food, and a fantastic pool. Staff were friendly and offered a warm welcome. the hotel is strategically located near the beach and offers great food as a plus.
There were minor irritations, such as a blocked exhaust and a faulty AC remote. Nevertheless, it did not impact the quality of stay and the staff still offered excellent service.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a beach resort in Candolim. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the facilities provided by the resort were excellent. The location of the resort was perfect for shopping and enjoying local food. The beach was just a short walk away, and we spent most of our time enjoying the calm water and scenic views.
Our room was on the first floor, and the view from the balcony was disappointing. Additionally, the kitchen smells from the nearby restaurants were noticeable when we kept our balcony door open. It would have been better if the balcony was facing a more scenic view, and there was a way to prevent the odors from entering our room.

Our group had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with a very helpful, courteous, and prompt staff. the breakfast had a great and full variety of food. the pool was very clean and enjoyable. At the back of the hotel, there was a shower to use after a difficult walk on the sandy beach. we could easily rent two-wheelers outside of the gate.
There were some mosquitoes around the pool area in the evening.

The resort staff, including Mr Hasan, Mr Pankaj, Mr Sandy, and Chef Vinayak, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The spacious and comfortable heritage rooms provided ample space for our large family, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the hotel's friendly policy of providing bicycles allowed us to explore the surrounding areas. For dads, it would be great if the resort offered more recreational activities specifically catering to children.
