Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort, Goa - Candolim

Staff friendliness made our stay nice, but the noisy pool area was a downside .

The staff were excellent, the hotel itself could do with a bit of work, bit tired in places, but on whole a very enjoyable few days spent there.

Quaint & well managed hotel with excellent pool yet virtually on the beach. Back-up automatic electric generator was a Godsend as mains electricity supply to the area was very erratic. Very good value.

Concierge service was poor and some guests were very noisy late at night with no apparant attempts by staff to stop them. Mainly drunk Russians playing loud music and partying in the courtyard in the early hours of the morning. Slightly misleading in description of Garden Room.

The heritage room with a private pool was amazing. It had air conditioning, a minibar, tea/coffee maker, and toiletries. The spa facilities were great, enjoyed the massage and the outdoor pool. The food was delish, especially at the restaurant. The staff was super nice, really seemed like a family vibe here.

The hotel's location in Candolim is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, and I appreciated the friendly staff who ensured a comfortable experience. The initial check-in process was quite delayed, and the air conditioning in the first room was inadequate, necessitating a room change.

The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious and well-maintained general areas, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.

I would have appreciated a few more amenities specifically catered to senior guests, such as grab bars in the bathrooms or handrails in certain areas. However, the children working there were always helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met to the best of their abilities.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide doorways, elevators, and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate throughout the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. While most of the staff were friendly, there were a few instances where I could have used some assistance or guidance, especially when it came to navigating the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree in Candolim for a short trip and it was delightful. The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms, though small, were clean and had a lovely smell. The AC worked well and the pool was nice. The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the masala tea and made-to-order omelettes. I was also impressed by their commitment to employing people with disabilities. a charming hotel with exceptional service.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and was impressed with the transportation service that provided premium sedan cars, ensuring that I arrived in style. One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and administrative needs.

Good location, great amenities, and exceptional service made for a luxurious stay at this beach resort. Enjoyed relaxing at the steam room, sauna, and indoor swimming pool in the spa centre. Delicious food and refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and bar added to the exclusive experience. the private facilities in the spacious, comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. Although the swimming pool initially appeared cloudy, the hotel staff promptly remedied the issue. the well-maintained sun terrace, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas provided a perfect place to unwind. With its central location, this venue was a convenient spot to discover local attractions and take advantage of the area's natural beauty.

Staying in one of the six heritage rooms at Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort was like stepping into a fairytale. The majestic Portuguese mansion felt alive with history, and the modern amenities only added to its charm. The view of the manicured gardens from the room was simply breathtaking.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the limited dining options available at the resort. But hey, that's just me!

Wonderful Customer Service

During my recent stay at Lemon Tree, I was amazed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were pretty good too ensure that I had a nice experience. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as limited food selection and intermittent internet connection, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.
